We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on every guide we sell.
If a guide isn't useful to you, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. No questions, no hoops, no exit survey. We'd rather have you walk away happy than keep $9.99 of yours.
How to request a refund
Send an email to blueprintspdf@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Include your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and any feedback you'd like to share. Feedback is optional, but it helps us make the guides better. We'll process the refund within 1-2 business days.
When the 7-day window starts
The 7-day window begins on the date and time of your purchase confirmation, not the date you download or open the file.
Partial refunds for bundles
If you purchased a bundle and only want a refund on part of it, contact us. We'll work it out fairly.
What we won't refund after 7 days
After the 7-day window has closed, all sales are final. Because our products are digital and instantly downloadable, we can't take them back. If you're past the window but have a genuine concern, email us anyway and we'll talk.
If something went wrong
If you didn't receive your download link, can't open the file, or hit any other technical problem, that's on us. Email us and we'll fix it immediately. Technical issues are not counted against your 7-day window.
