What exactly am I buying?
A digital PDF guide. Once you check out, you'll get an instant download link by email and on the order confirmation page. The file is yours to keep, read on any device, and reference forever.
What format are the guides in?
Standard PDF. Opens on phones, tablets, laptops, e-readers, anything that can read a PDF, which is everything. No special software needed.
How long are the guides?
Most are between 15 and 30 pages. Short on purpose. Every guide is built to be read in one sitting and used the same day. If a guide could be shorter without losing what makes it useful, we make it shorter.
How do I get my file after I pay?
Two ways. First, the download link appears immediately on the order confirmation page after checkout. Second, the same link is emailed to you within seconds. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder, then email us.
Can I read it on my phone?
Yes. Every guide is designed to be readable on a phone screen. You can also send it to a Kindle or print it if you prefer paper.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If a guide isn't useful to you, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you. No questions, no hoops. We'd rather have you walk away happy than keep $9.99 of yours.
Do I get updates if the guide is revised?
Yes. Free updates for life. If we revise a guide (new prompts, updated tools, expanded sections), every previous buyer gets the new version free. We'll email you when there's a new version available.
Can I share the guide with my partner, friend, or family member?
Sharing with one other person in your household is fine. Posting it publicly, reselling it, or distributing it as your own isn't. We're a small shop and your honesty is what keeps the prices low.
Why are the guides only $9.99?
Because most online "courses" on these topics are 80% filler at 50x the price. We made the guides we wished we'd had. Short, dense, and priced like a paperback. The goal is for the guide to be worth more to you than what you paid. If it isn't, see the refund question above.
Are these AI-generated?
The guides are written by us, with research, editing, and personal experience behind them. AI is used the way any modern writer uses it, as a research and drafting tool, not as the author. Every page is reviewed, rewritten, and signed off on by a human.
Will this guide work for my specific situation?
Each product page has a "This guide is for you if" section that lays out who it's built for. Read that before you buy. If you're still not sure, email us and tell us your situation. We'll tell you honestly whether the guide fits.
How do I contact you?

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your card information.
Do you have an affiliate or referral program?
